Policies Please review before booking.

  • Appointments are booked online. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. New clients must complete the new client form before booking approval.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee

  • I understand that life happens, a 10 minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late please let me know asap. After that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

  • To keep things calm safe and relaxing for every guest, I kindly ask that children and pets stay home during appointments unless they have a scheduled service of their own.

    Children receiving a service must remain inside the studio, and an accompanying adult must be present in shared areas such as hallways or restrooms.

    Pets are not permitted inside the building with the exception of certified service animals.

  • Due to limited space, only one guest is allowed.

  • All services sales are final. Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened or gently used. Heavily used products and returns requested after 7 days are not eligible.
