Appointments are booked online. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. New clients must complete the new client form before booking approval.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee

I understand that life happens, a 10 minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late please let me know asap. After that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Due to limited space, only one guest is allowed.

All services sales are final. Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened or gently used. Heavily used products and returns requested after 7 days are not eligible.
